925 STERLING SILVER and AD ALLOY can be restored to their original brilliance with light maintenance. You can contact us for support from our atelier or simply care for them at home using methods such as silver cleaning wipes.
STEEL pieces are naturally hard and durable, and do not suffer from tarnishing or rust. They are also chemical-resistant.
QUALITY BRASS may react when exposed to chemicals. Please avoid contact with chemical-based products when wearing your brass pieces and note that minor wear may occur depending on your skin type.
Our gold-toned pieces are plated with pure gold, while our silver-toned pieces are finished with rhodium. All of our jewellery is crafted in-house, and we are pleased to produce bespoke designs upon request.

At Atelier Duygu, we ship securely with our trusted courier partners HEPSİJET Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo for domestic deliveries, and DHL / FedEx for international shipments.
As delicate items, our pieces are carefully packed in custom-made boxes and protective packaging, with extra attention given to the shipping pouch.
Order preparation takes up to 2 business days. After dispatch, domestic delivery is completed within 2–3 business days. International orders are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on destination.
