Return and Exchange Policy

At Atelier Duygu, each product is carefully crafted and prepared specifically for you. Therefore, in accordance with our production and hygiene standards, returns or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

General Information

All products are made to order.
For this reason, once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We kindly ask you to review all product details, measurements, and color options carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Design Products

According to the Consumer Protection Law, products that are specially produced or customized for you are not eligible for return or exchange.
Since these items are made exclusively for you and are not kept in stock, they fall outside the general right of return.

Earring Products

For hygiene and health reasons, earring products that come into direct contact with the ear cannot be returned or exchanged.
This practice is in full compliance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 15 of the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation.

Product Delivery and Inspection

Please check your package upon delivery to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.
In case of any production defect or incorrect item, you must notify us within 1 business day of receiving your order.
After inspection, we will inform you if any corrective action is necessary.
