Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Information
At Atelier Duygu, every order is prepared with care and quality control.

Ready Products:
Orders placed before 14:00 and not requiring personalized production are delivered to the cargo on the first business day.
Handmade / Products Requiring Production:
Since some of our special pieces are produced for you in our workshop, the production process may take 3 to 7 business days. This process consists of;

• Placing the stones,
• Baking the product,
• Drying and final quality control processes.
Each step is carried out meticulously with Atelier Duygu quality.

Shipping Time:
After your order is shipped, it is delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Weekends & Public Holidays:
Cargo exits are not made on weekends and public holidays.
You can follow the status of your order from the “My Orders” section in your account.
